The Victorian Government has made a commitment to review the Aboriginal Lands Act 1970 (Act) to improve governance, facilitate economic development and enable greater self-determination for the Lake Tyers and Framlingham Aboriginal communities.

The Review of the Act is being undertaken by Jason Behrendt and Tim Goodwin. Jason and Tim will be consulting with shareholders and residents of the Lake Tyers community to find out:
• What is working?
• What isn’t working?
• How can the Act be improved?
